Terms and Conditions (Terms of Service)
By using resourcestockstoday.com web site (“Service”), a service of IRP Holdings(“IRP”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
IRP reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
When making a purchase, the customer agrees to all stated terms and conditions. A customer further agrees to be charged for the full order total of their purchase. A customer further agrees to any and all subscription fees that are associated with a purchase. These fees shall be clearly stated and are not refundable. If the terms are violated, we have the right to terminate without refund for any reason.
Account Terms:
You must be 18 years or older to use a Service.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
You must provide a valid email address, and any other information requested, in order to complete the sign-up process.
Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
You are not allowed to sell or redistribute our signals or tools in any way.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. IRP cannot, and will not, be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws).
Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms:
A valid credit card or PayPal account is required for paying accounts. Free accounts may still require a credit card number or PayPal account.
Activation of membership is non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy:
“Our team has worked tirelessly on this system. If you are not happy, we are not happy! Our guarantee is that if you do not get the results you were hoping for, you can message our support team, and we will start working with you immediately to help you achieve the desired results. To qualify for a refund, you must use the system to take and document a minimum of 30 trades which you will send to us for review. If you are still not satisfied with the results you have achieved, we will coach you, to tweak your entries for better results, in order to make sure that you are profitable. If you find that you are still not satisfied with your results, after completing this process, you will be fully refunded. We want you to be as committed to your success as we are!”
Behaviors that Void Warranty And Refund:
Customers/clients that slander, threaten, or exhibit inappropriate behavior in dealing with IRP will not be eligible for any warranty or refund policy that might otherwise be available to them.
Furthermore, any Chargeback attempt made by a client that is not valid will void any existing warranty or refund policy, as they are a breach of the terms, and are considered fraudulent behavior. Once an invalid Chargeback is attempted, the customer no longer has eligibility for a refund or warranty regarding the product or service for which the Chargeback was attempted.
If a refund is due, we have a period of 12 months to pay the refund back to the person, from the date of the agreed upon refund.
